What if we could deliver a package to you, the overworked and underpaid fundraising committee, an EASY, all done for you, fantastic fundraiser with a point of difference?
Well, thats what we have done.
How does it work?
- Determine the start date.
- Determine the fundraiser duration (we suggest two weeks maximum).
- Promote the fundraiser. To get the excitement going, we suggest advertising in the School newsletter 2 weeks before your scheduled event launch date. You also may like to order a sample pack and have 4 of the showbags available to view at the general office during lunchtime.
- On the start day, send home each family with a showbag flyer and collection envelope (we supply).
- Advertise during the fundraiser with a reminder of the closing date.
- Collect all forms and money envelopes back.
- Collate all orders on our master tally sheet.
- Place order via fax/email or phone.
- Your order will arrive within 7-10 days.
