Can I get a sample?

YES! Mr Showbags is happy to post you a FREE sample pack, in fact we would encourage you to get samples from any company you are thinking of dealing with. The only cost to you is the postage of $10.00 per pack. The sample pack includes 4 bags of your choice, and is a great way to show your committee the value and quality of Mr Showbags showbags.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Just order what you need.

How much is freight?

That depends on your location and the quantities you order. A member of our team can answer your question when you place your order.

Can I return any un-sold showbags?

Yes, we have a sale or return policy on all bags NOT containing food products. We will happily refund up to 20% of the original order placed ie. if your original order was for 300 showbags, you may return 60 for full credit.

Are the showbags pre packed?

The showbags are all ready to go. Just open the cartons and start selling!

How much can we sell them for?

Great question! Most of our schools have the greatest success anywhere between
$5.50 and $6.50. A great way to get multiple sales is sell them for $5.50 each or 2 for $10.00.

How are the showbags delivered?

Most of our stock is sent via one of Australia's market leading freight companies with track and trace features.
They will deliver your order to the school office during school hours.
There is no need to pay the courier: we take care of that here at our end.

How long before I get my order?

We usually allow 2 weeks but that depends on your location. Please indicate your
requested delivery date on the Order Form and we will endeavour to deliver on that day.

We don't have a Civic Video shop near by ... can we swap the vouchers?

Unfortunately we cannot substitute vouchers. We try to deal with National Market leaders but understand that these outlets are not in every single country town. In the past, some of our customers have approached their local Video Store and asked if they will honour the vouchers - worth a try!

Do you have point of sale material?

YES! With all orders placed, we supply a bright coloured poster advertising the showbags for ?$ (you input the price). If you require more point of sale material, we have seen some great examples of creative merchandising from the Grades in charge of the Showbag Stall! We suggest you take one of each bag ordered, pin or glue the content up to a piece of cardboard or similar and stuff the showbag full of newspaper for a great display.

How many bags will we sell?

From many years experience, you can expect to sell the same amount of showbags as there is students enrolled at the school.

When and how do we pay you?

When you place your order, we will give you a dispatch date and send both the showbags and invoice to you at this time. (You must be a registered school for 14 day credit). You may pay us 14 days after this via the following means.... Cheque, credit card, post billpay, or direct debit.

We can assist with your school fete or fundraiser.
